ALLPS-i provides access to the National Payment System to fulfil your business’s payment and collection needs.
ALLPS-i is a dynamic management system that allows you to capture and store (in a secure cloud-based environment) your customer’s information for maximised efficiency and effectiveness in the management of your customer data.
ALLPS also minimises your risk, and efficiency is increased by relieving the burden of having to submit all debit orders on a weekly or monthly basis. A single payment instruction with all instalments can be specified during the creation process and we will ensure the extraction and submission of these instalments on your behalf.
Protection of Payer and Recipient data is a priority
Payer and Recipient data are stored centrally in a secure environment, and we take care of the required daily back-up processes. An added benefit is that should there be a hardware or software failure experienced by one of our consumers; the ALLPS-i system can be restored in a couple of minutes which means there will not be any interruptions to the businesses operations.
As and when enhancements are made to the ALLPS-i system, these enhancements are implemented on a centralised basis and therefore the ALLPS-i Users will immediately have the benefit of these improvements without the need for any manual software upgrades. This solution electronically supplies consumer and payment instruction information from your business’s Debtor Management System to ALLPS in a predefined file format to create the necessary payment instructions for processing through the ALLPS Solution.
Easy integration automates the process, and payment instructions are automatically captured, imported and presented against your consumer’s bank account from your Debtor Management System.
Batch integration supports requests for DebiCheck TT2, EFT Debits, and Account Verification Services (AVS).
